by Owen Marcus on March 30, 2009

CSA pick-up 6/10/08Keeping with changing the planet through changing ourselves first, being healthy is critical to change. Along with dealing with stress effectively, eating well is a key to change. Diane Hatz, a friend of mine started and now runs Sustainable Table, the leading organization and web site on sustainable

food. Diane’s passion and commitment to changing how we eat is a model of what a person can do when he or she leads with principles.
